Quickly quickly, only got an hour left to get it in!
Day 5 all done and dusted thankies, with a 4.4 mile rune to TT practice at Moreton. Heavy heavy HEAVY legs man, not good at all. It felt soooooo slow I was actually suprised when the RunKeeper lady told me my average pace. If'n you want to see the stats n map n that ee arr.
TT practice was good though, played for 2 hours solid and beat a chap who previously beat me in a comp and in the league. If I enjoy all this blogging malarkey, I may start a ping pong one.
